Our Agents are given all the tools necessary to achieve a level of success that keeps our turnover rates far below the industry averages. Our Coach to Agent ratio is among the best in the industry. Shift Managers, who are overseen by a Site Director at each contact center, supervise Coaches. Site Directors report directly to top-level management.
