In January 1988, after more than 11 years in the telemarketing industry, Stuart Discount took over a direct marketing firm that conducted public awareness and fund raising programs for two Philadelphia based non-profit organizations. 1 2 1 Direct Response (1 2 1) has grown from its original 12 manual stations into four state-of-the-art contact centers, employing over 600 associates as well as a turnkey direct mail print, fulfillment, and mailing facility that can provide near real-time direct mail follow-up to phone contact activities. 1 2 1 represents non-profit and commercial clients on a local, regional and national level. Our experience covers both consumer and business-to-business one-to-one contact applications.
